From beginning to end, my experience at EasyJet Airlines IST Terminal was excellent. I recently had the pleasure of flying with them from Istanbul Airport (IST). Friendly and competent staff were available to help, and the check-in procedure was quick and easy. Although there may occasionally be lengthy waits with low-cost carriers, I was pleasantly pleased by how efficient and well-organized everything was.
The airport itself was spotless, up to date, and nicely furnished with lots of places to sit, charging stations, and a range of dining and retail options. The procedure was stress-free because security checks were completed quickly and with kind, helpful staff.
The customer service was what pleased me. EasyJet employees made sure that guests had all the information they required and were kind and attentive. The overall good experience was enhanced by the well-organized boarding process and the timely departure of the flight.
